Where it's available, we pass along the independent Janoshik laboratory analysis that comes with our material. To be clear: this testing is carried out by Janoshik, not by us — we simply share the report so you can review the purity and identity data yourself and draw your own conclusions.

Janoshik is a well-known independent analytical laboratory in the research community. Their reports typically cover HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. We don't run our own laboratory, and we don't alter or re-issue these reports — what we send is what we received.

Reports are shared as received from the testing laboratory. Where a report isn't available for a product, we'll say so rather than substitute another.

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Capitol Peptides ("we," "us," "the Company"). By placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing any product, you ("the Purchaser") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Capitol Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are sold as research chemicals and are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent authority for any purpose.

2. Not for human or animal consumption

Our products are not intended for, and must not be used in connection with, human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, application, diagnosis, treatment, or the prevention of any disease or condition. The Purchaser agrees not to use, resell, or repackage any product for these purposes. Any such use is strictly prohibited and is undertaken entirely at the Purchaser's own risk and liability.

3. Purchaser eligibility

By ordering, the Purchaser affirms that they are at least 21 years of age, are legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals in their jurisdiction, and are acquiring products in the capacity of a qualified researcher, research institution, or other party with a legitimate research purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to request verification of research credentials, at our sole discretion.

4. Compliance with laws

The Purchaser is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products. Laws vary by jurisdiction and by compound. It is the Purchaser's responsibility — not the Company's — to confirm that a given product is legal to purchase and possess at their location and for their intended research use.

5. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Research chemicals may be hazardous and should be handled only by qualified individuals using appropriate safety equipment and procedures. The Purchaser assumes all risk associated with the handling and use of the products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from any product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product, and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

6. No warranty beyond described specifications

Products are supplied "as is." Any analytical information we provide, including third-party laboratory reports, is shared for reference and is supplied by the testing laboratory, not generated by us. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated description.

7. No returns & no refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the inability to verify the storage, handling, or integrity of a product once it has left our control, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product, except where required by applicable law. In the limited event that an order arrives damaged in transit or is materially incorrect, the Purchaser must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence; any remedy is provided at our sole discretion and is limited as described in Section 5.

8. Acceptance

By submitting an order or enquiry, the Purchaser acknowledges and accepts every provision of these Terms of Sale, including the research-use-only restriction, the prohibition on human and animal use, the eligibility and compliance affirmations, and the no-return/no-refund policy.

These terms are provided as general commercial terms and do not constitute legal advice. The Company recommends that purchasers seek their own guidance where needed.
